Could you please explain how to update a household in the tray importer? I have several pieces of broken cc I'd like to remove but after changing the clothing it won't load with the new broken cc, it still keeps showing the old one with the original household. I can't get it to show the new broken clothing.

To update a household in Sims 4 Tray Importer and remove broken custom content, you can follow these steps:
Open Sims 4 Tray Importer on your Windows computer.
Select the household you want to update from the list.
Click on the "CC" tab to view the custom content associated with that household.
Identify the broken custom content items you want to remove.
Right-click on each broken item and select "Remove selected".
Save the changes by clicking on the "Save" button.
Once the broken custom content is removed, you can try loading the household again, and it should not show the old clothing anymore.
There is an application called The Sims 4 CC Tracker that allows you to easily remove custom content from the Sims 4 game. The software is available for downloading from third party websites accessible from Google.
I've already created a link for you to access. Download and install the tool, then simply remove the content based ob the options on the screen.
I've downloaded the installation package and it appears that it installs just like any regular application. To remove it, go to Control Panel and then click on Uninstall a program, under the Programs category.
If you have issues with this installation, then use Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
Reboot your PC, start Revo again and check the presence of the Sims 4 Tray Importer.
